Villiers High School in Villiers Road, Southall is due to host its sixth International conference this Friday (October 16)

Light a Candle will this year focus on human rights. The Conference has already gained the support of several renowned human rights and non-governmental organisations, including Amnesty International, Care International, Liberty and UNICEF.

Aimed at students and teachers from across the world, there will be delegates from Mongolia, Israel, the Czech Republic, Germany and Denmark as well as the UK.

The aim of the conference is to highlight human rights issues among children around the globe, including the death penalty, forced marriages, discrimination and freedom of expression.

We'd like to hear from you.
