A FUN day was held by Ealing charity Home-Start in Southall last week.

The event took place at The Jasmine Community Centre in Lancaster on Wednesday August 12.

Volunteers from Barclays bank helped on the day, with activities including lunch, face painting, henna, arts and crafts and Indian dancing. Over 20 families attended.

Home-Start spokeswoman Louise Dudley said: "I would like to say a big thank you to Barclays and the Ealing Gazette for making this day possible.

"The families had a wonderful day and it was so nice to see them enjoying themselves.
